To Upgrade for reliable usage for heavy traffic of commercial tower

Located in the heart of Colombo, HQ Colombo – Offering Value to their tenants with an advanced office product with a quality service was lagging in having a seamless elevator operation due to the existing lifts are almost 2 decades and requiring urgent modernization solutions.

Our Solution

Modernization with Gearless VVVF Motor and Controller system under our FUJI ELEVATOR’s and Integration of the 3 lifts.

Our team has well evaluated the existing problems leading to frequent breakdown and have technically concluded that upgrading to a single system of Motor and Electrical system is the only solution.
