The Challenge
Retrofitting a 4-Side Glass Lift into an Ongoing Construction
Construction on the 4-story private residence had already commenced without an internal shaft allocation. The challenge required identifying a suitable structural location, fabricating an external shaft attached seamlessly to the active home build, and engineering a transparent 4-sided glass layout that complemented the surrounding residential aesthetics without compromising structural integrity.

Turnkey External Panoramic Glass Elevator
Our team designed and executed a complete turnkey solution, engineering an external structural shaft attached directly to the home's outer facade. We installed a customized 4-sided glass observation lift that delivers panoramic views across all 4 floors. The solution provided effortless vertical accessibility while enhancing the modern architectural appeal of the residence — marking our second successful project for the client alongside his commercial building in Aluthgama Town.
