The Challenge
Retrofitting Within an Active Hospitality Environment
Regal Garden Hotel , Balagolla Kandy required a second passenger elevator to connect its guest rooms, banquet hall, and rooftop cafeteria. Given the hotel is fully operational, the project demanded executing complex interior construction without disturbing daily guest activities, alongside the structural challenge of fabricating a custom steel shaft indoors from scratch.

The scope included supplying the lift, fabricating and erecting the steel structure shaft, and completing all surrounding civil works.
